Alex:

• Snow Pillow from Gherke, arriving Sunday afternoon, 20120909.
• Need to schedule installation and logistics.
• Bug MTC about site picture repository.
• Deploy LiDAR pre snow.
• Clean/clear lysimiters pre snow.
• Install calibrated temp/RH sensor when Kerry ships it... remind Kerry.
• Install replacement dome on camera when it arrives.
• Check and recharge desiccant on radiometers.

Kerry:

• Calibrate and ship spare Judd depth pingers.
• Solid state mux?
• Sutron: Email to vendor on 20120907 asking about calibration schedule.
• Calibrate and ship spare soil moisture probes.
• Calibrate and ship thermister strings.
• Calibrate and ship temp/RH sensor.
• Order replacement dome.

MTC:

• Tipping bucket overhaul
• Network: silent 16+port switch
• Network: replace wireless
• PST/PDT issue on Mac
• Lidar error checking (alert when down).
• Lidar auto processing?
• Schedule Green LiDAR pre-snow capture from gun mount 1?
• Ship DIMP to CRREL
• Dump gamma sensors in EWaste
• Dump fiber string in EWaste

Ned:

• MASC
  • Relocate mini to tower next to MASC unit?
    • Headless w/ VNC/TeamViewer access.
    • Possible to run HDMI and USB to bunker for when direct access is needed.

Misc Notes

• Increased sampling rate from 5Hz to 10Hz on the sonic anemometer.
  • 10Hz is standard for flux measurements according to Joe MacFaddon of UCSB.
• Heated Sonic Anemometer?
  • Probably not really necessary until someone is gonna be actively using turbulent calc's during those times.
• 20120904.10:34 down clear radiometer swapped out.

Replace/Rebuild/Reinstall/Recalibrate

• X radiometers: Done on 20120904.
• Depth pingers: Replaced Cambell on 20120904 or 05, Judds seem fine.

• LiDAR
  • Doesn't need updating, stored in bunker, re-deploy before first storm.
• Soil moisture probe replacement.
  •  ! Kerry to ship calibrated probes to Alex.
•  ! Lysimeter tipping bucket overhaul (MTC): ideally put them side by side in a single row and down low, close to floor.
  • Drains are 1.5"
  • Do something to accommodate 3/4" chimney drain on South Wall.
  • North Wall: 30"x30"x6"ish (2 drains at 2.5", 2 @ 2")
  • South Wall: 30"wide x 24"tall x 6"ish deep. (all 4 drains @ 2")
• X Redo cable pulls w/ wire.
  • West wall still needs loop built into end in bunker.
• X Recoil DTS cable.
  • Took full photo inventory and sketched a map of layers and markers.
  • MTC schlepping to UCSB for techno trash.
  • Delivered coolers to Dozier's for eventual return to Reno.

  • Alex or Ned will deploy Thermisters prior to significant storms.
• General painting and site cleanup.
  • painted support posts on top of bunker, patched up bunker roof, started painting West side.

  • Would be nice to have a 16-24 port silent gig switch.
• Inventory of items for calibration/overhaul.
• Replace Win VM? (mtc) No.
• Spare linksys wireless/firewall? (mtc)
  • Bring one up this fall or whenever from UCSB.
• Network overhaul with VPN?
  • No, not really needed.
• Fix the frigging PST/PDT issue on the Mac. (mtc)

Programming/scripting/processing

• (Dave+Adam/mtc) LiDAR auto processing.
• (Ned/mtc) Realtime MASC filter & display?
• X (mtc) reprogram data schlepping to put ".dat" at end of file names.
